Constitution, Standing Orders and Committee Terms of Reference
NHS North Cumbria CCG, like every clinical commissioning group must have a constitution.
It is a key document that sets out various matters including the arrangements that it has made to discharge its functions and those of its governing body, its key processes for decision making, including arrangements for securing transparency in the decision making of the clinical commissioning group and its governing body, and arrangements made for discharging its duties with regard to registers of interest and managing conflicts of interest.
